The villa is located at the entrance of the seaside village of Les Issambres "San Peire" at the place called "La Garonnette" in the commune of Sainte Maxime.
The access to the villa is via a very quiet private cul-de-sac where only 3 villas have access including the villa Buen Oustaou. 3 cars can park along the villa.
The seaside and the beach la Garonnette are accessible in 5 minutes by foot. You will find 3 beach restaurants, a sailing school with catamaran rental, jet skis. Water skiing and parasailing are also available.

The port of Les Issambres is 10 minutes away on foot; boats are available for hire, and there are shuttle buses to Saint-Tropez.
A supermarket is only 5 minutes away on foot and all the shops such as bakery, butcher's, fishmonger's, delicatessen, newspapers, bank, pharmacy, market, are 1.2 km away in the village of Les Issambres "San Peire".
The beach of Sainte-Maxime, "la Nartelle" is 5 minutes away by car and the centre of Sainte-Maxime is 7 minutes away by car, without traffic jams.
Saint-Tropez is directly accessible with the Bateaux Verts shuttle service from the port of Issambres (10 minutes walk from the villa) in summer all day and until midnight for the last return trip.
In summer, the Bateaux Verts shuttle service from Sainte-Maxime to Saint-Tropez also runs all night (10 minutes by car).
